At PACEHEF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PACEHEF account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
